I think the fatality rate was always about 0.3%. The erroneous calculations appear to be intentional to cause panic.
Tell that to Witchmore.
President Trump should make Professor Carl Heneghan part of his Coronavirus team. Heneghan could counter the BS coming from Fascist Fauci and Bolshevik Birx.
Where did the exaggerated fears come from? From the government/media hysteria that started in March. The democrats saw an opportunity within seconds of finding out about the disease. They would shut the country down, crash Trump’s economy and blame it on him, keep people glued to their TVs to find out about the chinese virus. They they would introduce a stealth candidate and use the virus as an excuse to show him ONLY through carefully edited videos.
Yup. This, and other accounts confirm the numbers are BS. Yet the sheep keep posting all this worthless crap all over the internet, including here. Talk about a copy-cat, herd mentality. Its pathetic.

“He said if the downward trend continues the pandemic may end up no worse than a bad flu season.”
And that’s with no vaccine.
Wouldnt this be considered listening to scientists?
Joe? Joe?
Meanwhile the fake Italian nyc mayor said indoors are likely closed the rest of the year.
But as I’ve said before, Long island is 30 minutes from my house and 13 minutes from the woman i’m seeing and they have plenty of great italian restaurants ALL open and indoors.
See when you close everything down, you should make sure that not RIGHT DOWN THE BLOCK there’s huge areas that aren’t closed down
Some stuff I put together, basically collected from FR posts over the months:
If Covid is SO contagious
Why do you need to have an 8-inch Q-tip stuck way up your nose for Covid testing?
Why cant you test by breathing on a microscope slide if you could contaminate and infect others within 6 feet?
Why must you social distance beyond the length of an 8-inch Q-tip?
Why must you wear a mask if it is farther away than where a Q-tip tickles your brain?
If the invasive Q-tip test is accurate, then masks and social distancing do nothing to protect people.
If Covid is SO deadly
Why arent hearses waiting in line for their turn to offload the dead at funeral homes?
Why hasnt the government specified the exact medically approved masks which must be worn?
Why are masks from cheesecloth or sewing material OK with the government?
Why hasnt the government dictated that every mask must be worn only once before disposing of it?
Why hasnt the government provided to every home, HazMat Disposal Containers for disposal of masks?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Paging Captain Obvious.
The Infection Fatality Rate for COVID-19 has been calculated to be between 0.64% and 0.66% for several months now. No study that I’ve seen has suggested anything outside that range since at least late May. The CDC currently has its best estimate set right in the middle of that at 0.65%: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/planning-scenarios.html
Simple solution to the pandemic,,,,Make HCQ and Azithromycin OTC drugs so anyone who develops a cough and/or fever can go the nearest drug store and self medicate with the drugs along with Zinc Sulfate with correct dosage within 48 hours of symptoms and pandemic over.,,,,,instead of waiting a few days to get tested and 5 days for the results,,,,if over 60 years of age,,,,youre dead.
But this whole COVID thing got high-jacked by the Left as a means to derail Trump. And then we kept hearing the Left’s insufferable platitude, “Listen to the science”, garbage. Well, the empirical data, available to anyone, scientifically proves that COVID has been not much different in mortality than your average flu season. That's the science.
Of course this has all ginned up and driven into the ground by the panic peddlers, and leftist who turned it into a political weapon.
With the biggest most important election in American history within sight. The Democrat rioters, looters, the China virus...None of this was a mistake or coinkydinky happenstance.
What lives? They have no lives.
‘He said exaggerated fears of Covid have led to “people going about their daily lives misunderstanding and overestimating their risk.’
gee, ya think, prof...?
