I’ve seen two objectionably phrased signs in PA. One says “Trump 2020 - no more bullshit.” The other one said something to the effect of “four more years, bitches.”
Then profanity on a BLM sign is also protected speech.

Boasting yesterday missSW invited her daughter and daughter’s bf. Once away from the dock, daughter gifted a Trump flag to us for the boat...the same as this sign “Trump 2020, f#¢|< your feelings”. O.k. The way home,I forgot to remove the flag. As we approach the dock, the neighbor’s man-bun screamed at the daughter; “is the little white girl voting for trump”
...then the fight started. It was not a beauty to behold.
The flagged so absolutely triggered bun-boi.

I have seen several of these pro-Trump signs and flags with the “fu@& your feelings” message.
