Overall, the opening day of the pro basketball postseason averaged 1.71 million viewers for ESPN. That number was 39 percent lower than the 2.82 million average from last year.

Even before all this, I noticed that unless there was some huge game going on, nobody was watching the 20 screens littered all over the bar. They all play ESPN but nobody is watching. I can only assume that the ratings are totally cooked. Another verification is the commercials these days, they are like click bait or about male potency etc. Many big name companies have left TV for lack of value or effect.
