QAnon can no longer be ignored. What internet companies could do to stop its spread.
Just describing QAnon — a sprawling, false theory that there is a “deep state” of child-molesting Satanists in charge of powerful institutions — makes me confused.
But we can’t ignore QAnon, even if we find the conspiracy bizarre. QAnon supporters are co-opting advocacy efforts in areas such as anti-child sex trafficking, believers are poised to get elected to office and followers are committing violence. Elements of QAnon are popping up everywhere.

Have been clumped together and seemingly looked like potential threats from Q supporters.
Makes it look like anti child sex trafficking is a threat to the writer/s and the NY Slimes.
Agreed. I equate qanon to horoscope in my local newspaper. Not very useful, IMO.

Buried in those threads is a lot of good info dug up by many good people. I usually do not post there, but I also find those threads very interesting and full of truth.
The left knows that and that is why the attacks. They blame their soon to be exposures on Q.
For good reason. I hope Q makes them feel a lot of pain, just like they have caused us.

Around a year or 2 ago someone asked Trump directly if Q was real. As I remember he just grinned and said he didn’t know.
I’ve never followed Qanon. Looks like it’s time I start. :)

Or a similar question. It would be easy to ask, but nobody will do it. Why is that?
On the internet, the truth percolates to the surface. If Qanon is baloney, it won’t go anywhere. The “truth” will refute it and eventually win. But if it is not baloney, well, it will be impossible to kill.
You never bothered to watch the YouTube videos prophesying Trump’s election and failed impeachment, did you?
I did follow for awhile. Was interesting, It is low intelligence people who resort to calling those in the group names like “Qtard.” Better to say nothing.
I do not follow now because 1) I could not overlook the “trust Sessions” belief, when he was a complete failure 2) I do not want to find comfort in following a human, or group of humans.

If its just a wacky right wing conspiracy theory they should leave it alone! What are they so afraid of???
And while fear mixed with their usual flatulence still smells like butt gas, it’s nice to know that “they” are afraid.

I think, what everyone is missing about the Q thing, is the digging for information now being done by typical individuals.
The whole Q thing may very well be a larp, but the biproduct is many regular people digging for the truth. The information that is being discovered is real, even if the catalyst is not.
The last thing the powers that be want going on, is typical Americans bypassing the media and digging for their own truth.
qanon is Chinese intelligence.
