Wasn’t there some nuclear power reactor type thing in Japan that a few years back was damage by an earthquake or typhoon or something that was in or near a port city?

Fukushima. 2015. Earthquake off the coast created a Tsunami which flooded the place and caused reactor to “melt down” due to loss of cooling circulation.
