Two pro-life students were arrested on Saturday morning for chalking Black Preborn Lives Matter on a sidewalk outside of a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Washington DC.
The two protesters were arrested after police told them to stop chalking on a public sidewalk.
How is that a crime?
The radical left does that and much more every night in streets across America.
Apparently, its only legal to paint Black Lives Matter on the streets but not Black Preborn Lives Matter in our nations capital.

It seems some graffiti is more legal than other graffiti, and it’s illegal to be pro-life. Especially in a Democrat-run city.
Free speech. BLM has been given an OK. Get a lawyer.
For chalk? Ridiculous
Some protest is more equal than others.
Sorry for the typo.
our nation is absolutely flooded with graffiti but yet only pro life artists get arrested for it?
Chalking pro life things on a sidewalk in front of a baby killing center is far more serious than just burning buildings or toppling statues.
Not to hijack this thread, and just noting that I’ve never been a card carrying member of the Grammar Police, never even made a grammar post before, but, to me, the first version of your post “Some protest is more equal than others.” sounds right to me in that the word protest is singular. “Some protests are more equal than others” works to me if “protests” is plural. Just my $.02.
They should follow up with a lawsuit.
Tyranny by selective enforcement of laws
Chalk is not permanent
What is the crime?
Truth in advertising?
If they have a GoFundMe for their bail, I’d be happy to donate.
Sue their butts off! (cops and prosecutors)
There is no way this is legal. They need to sue.
This is definitely a free speech violation, and possibly a civil rights violation. L. Lin Wood, where are you?
Four police officers in the picture to unlawfully arrest two teenagers. My city shut down a downtown street so the useful idiots could chalk black lives matter. This country has lost its collective minds. Support the police!!!
Time for CW2...
But painting BLM on the street was okay? Double standard much?
