How reliable has Q-Anon been in its information revelations about the Deep State?
Is it the US’s version of Debka?

Read the information RN puts up at the beginning of the threads, clink on the links and read through them, even if it takes longer than to read Atlas Shrugged. It’s a harder read than Atlas Shrugged, but the ending is better.
But to give a quick answer: Q predicted this coronavirus fiasco and HCQ as the cure months over a year ago.
Watch the water.
We don’t measure Q on a reliability scale.
Trust the plan.
Q makes no “revelations”.
Q provides insight or inquiries cause US to research and find a salient answer.
Everyone follows a different path and comes up with something different.
Yet, we agree that ALL that is found is relevant.

ANSWER (from my point of view):
Q is 100% reliable, but is human. If you have ever been on the "Inside" of a large organization, such as the C-suite of a significant corporation or the command sector of military, you can appreciate that EVEN WITH THE BEST INFORMATION, and EVEN WITH DIRECT CONTROL OVER SIGNIFICANT FACTORS things do not always go the way you plan, or the way you expect.
In addition to mind-boggling complexities, the Trump Administration (which includes Q) faces extremely powerful, determined, and somewhat unpredictable adversaries. Again, I would point to the analogy of a business or military organization.
Q is human (actually a human team, including at times POTUS) ... but is not some kind of mystical being. Hence, WHAT WE GET FROM Q IS THE BEST POSSIBLE INTELLIGENCE. But no guarantee that things will always go as planned.

Debka only resembles Q to the extent that Q probably is giving some tips ("Look over here, not there.") to honest, patriotic, true investigative journalists, such as Sara Carter and John Solomon.

The most important thing that Q has told us is to research and think for ourselves.
Q has also said Disinformation is necessary.
That said, I’ve begun to wonder if there are no outright falsehoods in Q, but merely misdirection. I.e., there are some posts where most of us jump to some conclusion which is incorrect, and Q, for good reasons, allows us to make that incorrect assumption.
The most notable (to me) of the supposed “lies” or “disinformation” posted by Q is the very first Q post. Post #1 is often pointed to as proof that Q is fake because it says that HRC was going to be arrested on 10/30 and she wasn’t.
If you read the Q post carefully, Q is referencing someone else’s prediction of arrest on 10/30/2017.
Here is the quoted post (not from Q):
Hillary Clinton will be arrested between 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM EST on Monday - the morning on Oct 30, 2017.
Q then goes on to say various things himself (themselves?). Here is what Q actually said in response:
HRC extradition already in motion effective yesterday with several countries in case of cross border run. Passport approved to be flagged effective 10/30 @ 12:01am. Expect massive riots organized in defiance and others fleeing the US to occur. US M’s will conduct the operation while NG activated. Proof check: Locate a NG member and ask if activated for duty 10/30 across most major cities.
That doesn’t quite say that she was arrested. Also, there is no mention of a year in what Q actually says. (I’m hoping for this year! Why do I think it might be this year? We’ve seen a lot of NG activation. Fits with the post. But resigned to the idea that Q has a timetable that we don’t know about for reasons that only become clear with hindsight.)
Q can’t just flat out tell us stuff that is about to happen. If he did, the enemy would also know. You can’t tell your enemy what you’re about to do and not expect a countermove. So if we can see it, they can see it.
But Q does have an EXCELLENT record of posting things that correlated strongly with events once we knew with 20/20 hindsight what to look for.
The absolutely strongest proof to me was Q 1706. It said:

EXACTLY 1 month later TO THE MINUTE, he was pronounced dead. Or at least that’s what was reported. Who knows? But regardless, the difference was one month. TO THE MINUTE.

In addition to the exactly one month “coincidence”, ask yourself how often you see news about a death that gives time of death in the new article to the minute. Most news articles say something like “so and so passed away on Tuesday evening” or something similar.
Q is As reliable as Trump.
Honestly, Q elicits research, by way of a general format of questions.
Informed readers share information, others research people, places and things, connections to others, or to associates, to events, etc.
The POTUS has often been seen, or tweeting, repeating certain results of the proofs discovered.
Q, likewise, often amplifies, with a question, something the POTUS points out or suggests.
