You might notice that it is raising an ethical and labor concern. In other words, very legally iffy.

They will be sued, the worker will win and they will have to quit doing it and pay some major damages.

Ping me when someone successfully sues U-Haul because they were not hired because they were a smoker. Being a smoker is not covered under Title VII.

Based on recent SCOTUS rulings I guess if an LGBTQ person refuses and you fire them it's gonna tie-up the entire Federal court system for the next thirteen years.
