Rail is controlled by interstate commerce. They CAN NOT prevent him from getting on a train at a location, taking it and stopping so often at various places and then get off at the end and fly out.

Whistle stop tours are old and outdated. Ya right. Tell that to those who used it in the last few years. Hell, they never bothered to look at the links I posted to see that up to the last primary, there were candidates who used train whistle stops.
They never bother to check those links about the boating rallies these past months.
