I agree about Todd Rundgren. Saw him last year and I really enjoyed his show. I was a fan.

Forgot to mention Steve Hackett. Original Genesis guitarist.Nope. Ant Phillips was the original guitarist, Steve and Phil joined for "Nursery Cryme".

I actually have a copy of New York Dolls New York Dolls (1973). I wonder if it’s worth anything? You could call it ‘Early Punk’ or ‘Head Banger’................

Without question, The Brandos.
When Gettysburg was released in 1987, it got some airplay on MTV, and lead singer/guitarist David Kincaid was compared very favorably to John Fogerty.
Subsequently they were dropped by their record labels over their refusal to compromise content integrity and fell into obscurity, although they have a pretty solid core following in Europe.
David Kincaid is also a big Civil War reenactor and also does some solo Irish folk and Civil War era music. I met him once in a bar in Gettysburg...very talented individual and band.
This is another of my favorites:
Brandos - The Keeper

Over the years, I think “Nonsuch” has become my favorite, some of Andy’s best songwriting: Dear Madame Barnum, Rook, That Wave, Then She Appeared, Wrapped in Grey......I remember originally being let down when it first came out, but over time I recognize its brilliance.

I just looked at their Wiki page. They’ve had more members than a FleetwoodMac reunion!...........

The motor cycle you think you hear on Bat Out of Hell is Todd Rundgren's guitar.
