completely understand, Granny, and confirm, this segment of Portland’s population is not reflective of all Oregonians or even all Portland parents.

Neither is it reflective of the minority black population - which, it should be said, are noticeably absent from the rioting.

Oregon needs to take their city back from the crazies (or, lol, maybe find a way to import about half a million conservatives to Portland ! )

President Trump can help, but I bet he’d get a kick out of knowing Oregon has his back. Maybe y’all can flood his twitter with thank yous and keep goings?!

update: 11pm Tuesday night, 7/21, pacific time

here’s a livestream on youtube that you can back up or replay. About 11pm tonite, blac blok on the courthouse porch, pounding on the walls while the ‘moms’ are on the sidewalk waiting to be teargassed. Nobody is trying to stop the action or put the ‘mom’ line between the rioters and the building. They are clapping instead.

It is clear that the tactics that the marshals and the police have been using against these thugs is not working.

Why couldn’t federal marshals deploy a large net around or over the thugs and just let them squirm a while until they are handcuffed and read their rights one by one?

The thugs might catch on and develop a few counter measures, but by then a lot of them would hopefully be in jail awaiting trail.

update of tonite: around midnight, up to 9 moms locked arms and stood in front of the middle door. This stopped the tomato (persimmon?) and egg throwing. Everything was nice and calm but blac blok got bored at 12:40am

To the far left of the moms, one man all in black lit a piece of trash on fire. He squirted it with accelerant. Joined by another man who did the same. This was kicked up against the far left (plywood) door. More accelerant. Flames. More trash added by yoots and an adult black male who appears to have a press pass or some other ID on a lanyard. Moms move off the porch area. Teargas is released low from inside that door followed by some cannisters lobbed from the ‘peep hole.’ Yoots make a game of throwing the cannisters thrown back at the fire. Flames are about halfway up the plywood door, with copious smoke, which brings a response from the feds. Full clearing in progress via the ‘peep holes’.

Blac blok has returned; drumming and war screams help amp up the crowd of approximately 100 helmeted and gasmasked combatants and another 100 none-outfitted. They’ve found fence panels somewhere and are using them to barricade the doors. They are also using the orange and white street barriers (the plastic ones you fill with water) to try to barricade the doors. This is met with rapid pepperball fire from inside. Chants of ‘burn it down’. A fire hydrant has been broken and is gushing water about a block away.

One yoot is banging on the ‘picture window’ broken last night, and covered with freshly replaced plywood, trying to get it loose. M-80 sounding fireworks are being set off intermittently, making the crowd nervous. Rioters are now tearing the plywood sheeting off the front of the building - large pieces. They’ve reached the interior glass, exposing about 20 feet. Some are now trying to break it and are shaking the entire plywood facing to the chants of ‘f that wall’. The rioters are trying to cover up the ‘peep holes’ while breaking the lower door. Calls to ‘burn that s. down’ burn it down’. At least 15 people involved trying to break the glass and peal off plywood.
Some movement must have been seen from inside as they all take off running and scatter. Feds come from around the corner and grab a few suspects. Tear Gas clears the area. The antifa regroup and set up their umbrella squad near the ‘elk’ fire. A separate group sets up catty-cornered to the courthouse. The feds now have yoots on three sides taunting them. A line of black trash bags placed across the street catches fire. A black lab on a leash looks terrified.

And so it continues as of 1:45am Wednesday morning

Note: The moms who stood in a row in front of the center door to prevent violence should be mentioned. They tried to keep the peace and were gassed because of some losers who didn’t give a damn about them.
