Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

In the Times obit, it was reported that while at Columbia, he studied mathematics and anthropology at Columbia, and after graduating in 1941, joined the Army and served with the Office of Strategic Services in Washington and Europe. After the war, he returned to Columbia to teach, earned his masters degree and then completed coursework for a Ph.D. He segued from English to math and the sciences, social and physical and wrote elementary and middle school science and math textbooks. He taught at Columbia’s School of Engineering and led a program to recruit “promising elementary and secondary science students, including girls, and enlist them for advanced training at the school to help them rise to the college level.” Barr developed the University’s Science Honors Program which would be modeled by the National Science Foundation for similar programs.
In his 1973 science fiction book ‘Space Relations: A slightly gothic interplanetary tale,’ Barr wrote about a future where after “…galaxies are colonized, John Craig, a young space diplomat, is captured by interplanetary pirates and sold into slavery.” The blub for the book reads, that on the planet Kossar, “boredom and absolute power have driven the rulers to a special kind of madness,” and Craig is captured and sold into slavery until he’s bought by “the exquisite lady Morgan Sydney, a beautiful, sensual woman. He soon makes his way from the hellish slavery into her bed in the tower of her castle.”

A few of the FBI pages on Robert Maxwell, found below, point to an East and West German nexus, which could easily tie together old Nazis, East German Stasi agents, Soviet KGB agents, former US OSS agents-CIA agents, and black-market criminals-mafia. Recall that the Stasi card of KGB agent Putin was recently found. Although the Soviet Union cut deals and a non-aggression pact with the Nazis, they switched to the allied side, toward the end of World War II, after they were doubled-crossed by Hitler. However, some people stayed on the Soviet side, while remaining in the west. From Czechoslovakia, Robert Maxwell could have been such a person. Nonetheless, based on the FBI file, it appears that he may have done so for monetary gain. The head of Nord Stream is a former Stasi agent, friend of Putin, Matthias Warnig. He also serves on the board of Rosneft.
Robert Maxwell was in occupied Germany with the British, in Berlin, after World War II. William Barr’s father, Donald Barr, was also in Germany after the War, reportedly working in “denazification” of businesses.

“According to T-1 (the CIA), of known reliability, subject (Ian Robert Maxwell) and Kurt Wallersteiner, British citizens, business partners, are in contact with Russians in East Germany, who were prepared to facilitate trading by their companies with Eastern bloc countries in return for political and economic intelligence information regarding policies of the Western Powers, and the West German Government, in particular, towards East Germany; information regarding US and allied mililtary, political, and economic organizations in Germany; US and allied intelligence operations directed against the Soviet bloc; US contacts with underground movement in the USSR. Maxwell and Wallersteiner’s contacts, travels, and activities in the US and Canada, 1954, set out. East Coast INS and US Customs lookout placed for subject and Wallersteiner. I could be totally wrong, but I think POTUS is waiting for the city people to demand he do something. We know the mayors won’t do anything.
I would think people of color or colored people would include all of the darker skinned people, not just “blacks”. People don’t understand what a slur is these days. Negro is a perfectly fine Spanish word which was used for African Americans so it would not be confused with the English word for the color black. The “N-word” is a slur, it is the word Negro intentionally mispronounced and said with a tone of contempt. Colored is the same way, I suppose, it’s not just the word, it’s when it’s slurred into somethng like “col’uhd” or even worse referring to groups as ‘coloreds’ that it becomes offensive. Like you didn’t used to be able to call some one a “J3w” you had to call them a Jewish Person.
We’ll see. In NYC black community leaders have begged DeBlasio to support the police. He refused. I have read enough to know many residents in different cities hate what is going on but what kind of voices do they have, when the local and state governments are totally corrupt, as well as media.

I think you are right. If the people don’t rise up then what’s the point? I feel a simmering but I don’t think the people have reached their boiling over point yet. Which is sad because I know those of us here reached it a long time ago. And scary, because what if it never comes?
I do think he has a plan and will not wait any longer. The cities have been rioting and with huge crime increases for many many weeks. Months, actually.

POTUS will be well insulated/protected on AF1 and abroad (specific locations classified) while these operations are conducted due to the nature of the entrenchment. It is time to take back our country and make America great again. Let us salute and pray for the brave men and women in uniform who will undertake this assignment to bring forth peace, unity, and return power to the people.
It is our hope that this message reaches enough people to make a meaningful impact. We cannot yet telegraph this message through normal methods for reasons I’m sure everyone here can understand. Follow the questions from the previous thread(s) and remain calm, the primary targets are within DC and remain at the top (on both sides). The spill over in the streets will be quickly shut down. Look for more false flags – stay alert, be vigilant, and above all, please pray.

It does feel hopeless. These poor people who are left to live in cities burned out by bussed in Marxists. My heart breaks for them. But only they can make it stop. I wish they would go march to the mayors homes and tar and feather them.

But I haven’t figured it out, at least not in the way you suggest. The “plan” is what happens in real time and what happens in real time is best seen through a retrospective of Q posts and researching for ourselves and discussing research of and with others. It is why this forum exists.

He wouldn’t announce a week in advance that there would be “exciting” announcement, what he’s going to do to fix the cities with mayors not doing their jobs, if the exciting announcent was along the lines of “We’re going to wait until more residents of the cities contact us”.

Actually private citizens have very little power in this regard. Look at St. Louis, two honets citizens legally armed themselves because a large crowd of rioters attacked the neighborhood and threatened them, with weapons.
The couple have had their weapons taken away by the local government and afaic have now been charged with crimes.
Under Demshevik mayors and states, the local cops are often either totally corrupt or completely neutered. So good people taking action into their own hands would either get arrested or antifas would battle them. ANd then the good guys would get arrested.
That’s just simple fact. the only way this hell can get turned around is legally via offical authorities. The Demsheviks are breaking laws left and right and using violence and other crimes to get their way.
Trying to fight them on their level means basically guerilla warfare, which is not a viable path.
None so blind as he who does not want to see!
