Pennsylvanians traveling to Delaware are no longer being asked to voluntarily quarantine for 14 days upon returning to the Keystone State.
Multiple media outlets, including abc27, noted that the Pa. Department of Health has removed Delaware from its travel quarantine list after just a four-day stay on it.
It was not immediately clear what prompted the quick turnaround, but WHYY says Delaware Gov. John Carney thanked his counterparts in both Pa. and New Jersey after the Garden State made a similar decision to the one Gov. Tom Wolf apparently made.
Officials in Pennsylvania are recommending, and not actually enforcing, the quarantines for anyone who travels to a coronavirus hotspot and/or one of 18 states. That list includes:
Alabama Arizona Arkansas California Florida Georgia Idaho Iowa Kansas Louisiana Mississippi Nevada North Carolina Oklahoma South Carolina Tennessee Texas Utah
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
Cuomo just dropped DE from the NY list.
Coinkydink...?
No one is doing this.
The check cleared?
Boy, I’d be screwed if I still lived in Wilmington
My office was in King of Prussia
Unconstitutional “Northeast Compact” group-think.
Or monkey see—monkey doo.
There was an exception for commuters.
Oh thank you, Massa!

Based on what sort of Science, I wonder.
Have you ever seen the PA Secretary of Health?
What type of “science”...the same softheaded stuff the causes the delusional to become dickless.
the only beneficiaries of these meaningless, arbitrary, daily changes are the FakeNewsMSM.
people have no alternative but to read/listen/watch the “mainstream”, just so they know what is legal for that moment in time.
meant to add: it’s like constant BREAKING NEWS, except it’s gone on for months. and BREAKING NEWS is one of the things that attracts viewers.
Could it be that a certain presidential candidate from DE would have to self-quarantine in these states, instead of campaigning or fund-raising? Or explain why the law doesn’t apply to him?
Interesting.
Ricky-Dicky and underwear in the same sentence is a disturbing mental image.
