Ping!....................
Mixed opinions here.
Maybe we should wait for OJ’s opinion....................
Same here. I’ve only ever had 1 Ford and it was a lemon. I’m not into $30k second chances.
That would be for the full sized model.
If it holds a steady 20 mph in white, I guess he’d approve.
“Starting at $29,995 and can top 60k” means if you want seats, tires and a steering wheel, plan on 40.
I had a 2003 Ranger XLT and it did good by me.
My project K5 will stay. No new computers on wheels again if I can help it.
Will they offer a white, low-speed special edition?
Reminds me of the Hummer H3 which was a great car. I hope it is a huge hit.
Needs a cow catcher for the “protestors”
Will OJ be a sales spokesman?
After said and done, easily.
Too expensive by 7500.
They should be looking at ‘less is more’ and providing a model that minimizes the computerization.
And they better have a manual transmission option. Should also come with towing package standard.
30K is too much for a car. Period. It’s the barrier. 60K is idiotic.
Unless they come down in price, it’s going to be a used Tacoma next. Rock solid trucks and they run forever.
I’ve got a Scion xB right now (less is more) manual transmission. Zero (0) troubles.
Was NEVER a Toyota guy.
They need an entry level truck to compete with Tacoma. F150 is too expensive.
I’ve never owned a bad Ford truck. I had two Rangers over the years which never died, I had to give one of them away.
Q. What's the difference between OJ & Elway?
A. OJ drove a slow, white Bronco. Elway was a slow, white bronco
I agree, go back to the basics and more affordable.
Fools will gladly pay 30 to 60k for the new toy.
I would pay for a frame off restored classic first for that kind of money.
I have a 66 Ford Bronco Roadster (no doors no roof) that I keep in Florida. It is my daily driver in the winter. Original straight 6 with a 3 speed on the column. I love that car.
1.5 liter engine in an “off road” vehicle? Seems very wimpy to me.
However adding competition against Fiat and their imposter of jeeps, not a bad idea. Most of the Jeeps except the Wrangler and Cherokee are imposter Fiat vehicles with Jeep stamped on them.
But they priced themselves 3K above the fake “Jeeps”
