You know, I think over my lifetime I’ve heard a lot of rhetoric from conservatives about freedom, tyranny, founding principles, the Constitution, the Second Amendment, how we have to be ready to fight for our rights, and so forth.
And now that we have a totalitarian government, I hear more of the same rhetoric!
I would have expected the actual fight, not a continuation of the rhetoric about the fighting.
In some of the states laws have been passed that authorize “lockdowns” and such health measures by the Governor.
There are also local public health laws passed.
This isn’t our first rodeo with disease.
Yes they are laws. The laws and constitutions give power to the governors to issue executive orders in an emergency, which is what they are doing.

In Illinois all of the “orders” issued by Governor Creosote have been declared illegal, unconstitutional, and void. The Court order applies State wide.
Not one single news network has covered that.

And if I were you, governors, I wouldn't test the people and make them prove to you how wrong you are. You would regret that course of action. We know this is tyranny for your ulterior motives of destroying Trump and rigging our elections. You need to cease and desist before you cross a line that you can't retreat from.
Many states have grassroots organizations dedicated to bringing the treasonous government actions to light.
Many are bringing lawsuits and need your support.
As Constitutionalists, it’s our sacred duty to support these suits. These rogue governors need to pay a serious price

You need to read some case law.
Your local health official is the most powerful person in your world. The public health benefits outweigh all of the right you speak of.
Instead of doing back of the envelope law, you might want to read some.
