Is this is how the civil war starts?
Send these kids back to school
The only way this shit is possible is because people are not in skrewel or working
“I think 95% will turn their guns in too.”
I said that exact sentence here 3 days ago and got viciously attacked.
The US gov’t will pull the China Social Credit deal. If you are caught with a gun on yourself or in your home you will lose your drivers license, will not be eligible for any type of loans, will lose your credit cards and lose your SS etc.
5% and that is a conservative figure will fight back.
Its already started. It will be dirty war
Yep, Think NRA in Ireland early to mid 1970’s. Bombings, kidnappings, assasinations etc.
“Im thinking its out of the control of the Leftists who started it.”
As an aside, I don’t think that this stuff is going to stop. Initially, I thought that it would burn out in a couple of weeks, especially as it got very hot outside. After all, prime rioting weather is between 90 and 96 degrees - lower, and you’re not going to get quite as pissed off, and higher than that and its too damned hot to be outside and pissed off. However, it is plain that this is a pre-planned operation, so it won’t be shut off any time soon. The Leftists need Trump out of office, and this is their only shot at grabbing back black votes that otherwise would go to Trump because of the economy. Oh, and just wait for the days after the election - if they lose (as I expect), then everyone knows that the uber-violent protests, complete with burning and looting, will return with a vengeance; if they win, then we’ll see the beginnings of what the Left intends to do with those of us who will not bend our knees to them - there will be thousands of assaults nationwide, none of which will be stopped in Dem states and cities. What almost happened to the McClusky (sp. ?) family in St. Louis WILL happen to many others...and some will shoot back. Regardless of which party wins in November, that could be the incident that starts it all - because the Leftist mobs are out of control. Pity them, though, because many outside of the city centers are quite well prepared to permanently bring down a boatload of them in literally seconds if they go too far and law enforcement does nothing (for whatever reason - not allowed, or overwhelmed).
That is why FR needs a “Like” button. I shall be sure to steal that, with the very purposeful intention of pissing off Leftists and other snowflakes.
I’d prefer a few cannolis from Ferrara’s (relocated to Brooklyn from Manhattan) and some poppy seed hamantoshin from Gertel’s (also relocated from Manhattan). You just cannot get good Chinese, Italian or Jewish food in SATX.
FYI, I was also born in NY, raised in NJ, and relocated to home in Texas (but I was faster than you - I came here when I was a couple months shy of 40). PM me, maybe we can get together for a cuppa Joe (at Black Rifle Coffee Company in Boerne, not that burned hipster crap).
By the way, if you want the best egg roll on the planet, forget Chinese - go to a place called Glatt Bite in Lakewood (just off of 9 across the street from that big Shop Rite). Instead of the normal filling, it is stuffed with chunks of fried pastrami and onions...Schiff, I’m drooling right now, just thinking about them!
Agreed.
But are composers good shots? Can they keep their composure under pressure? :>)
Also the Argentine Dirty War from the mid 70’s to the early 80’s
“... or have too much to lose in to defend their rights.”
“Eventually, they will lose it all. Feeding the crocodile only buys a little time. The level of normalcy bias is crippling.”
“You just cannot get good Chinese, Italian or Jewish food in SATX.”
Actually, Sorrentos on Broadway has great Italian food. That’s where us Brooklyn people go to eat. Chinese is horrible. Wah-Kee is about as close as you will get to decent chinese food in San Antonio. They are on Blanco and 1604. Of course, the egg rolls suck.
Jewish food is tough. Max and Louis in Embassy off of Bitters is ok. Drew, one of the owners is from Long Island.
Funny story. After a visit back home, I brought back with me a few egg rolls. I brought one over to a local chinese place. Told them if they can reproduce the egg roll, they will have lines going out the door. Owner looked at me, pointed to the egg roll and said, “Burrito?”
I knew then there was no hope.
I know! I really worry about it. I don’t know how it would all shake out.
