Hollywood star James Woods just courageously called out Bill and Hillary Clinton after a federal judge ruled that lawyers representing Virginia Roberts Giuffre must “destroy” files they obtained on late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

He tweeted this along with a link to a Newsweek article stating that senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska had ruled that Giuffre’s lawyers had come into possession of documents that they had gathered on Epstein improperly.
The documents were from a 2015 civil suit Giuffre had filed against Epstein. And, the papers contained the names of individuals with whom the billionaire conducted business.

Seeing as how Rat judges are allowed to PROSECUTE defendents, it’s no surprise judgie ordered destruction of evidence.

I would assume DOJ already has the files given that they have arrested and are currently prosecuting and investigating someone for the same crime?
I don’t understand this ruling or I am missing something? It would seem these documents as described would be useful to the DOJ investigation. DOJ did not direct her lawyers to “improperly” obtain them so there should be no issue.
How disgusting is it that a former President of the US is so enmeshed with such an animal....

The woman in paper clothes in jail..is still alive.. she may have copies. Anyone with sense would.. and she knows the names.

Judge has ordered that the lawyers who have the information should not have it and thus the destruction order
They will still exist but just at that law firm. Dershowitz is trying to get those documents
IIRC, this is about a previous Judge in another case putting them under seal.

I love James Woods! He was great on Family Guy. One of the few Hollywood celebs who tells it like it is.
Looking bad for destroying the files is better for them than....people seeing the files.

That’s why the Clinton Foundation needed so much money. Its an expensive proposition to buy off judges, politicians and bureaucrats across the country.
They “own” by means not frequently printed.. since arkansas days.. and they still won the oval office.. twice... they are the epitome of how deep a pit is... swamp pit.
The dem party has NO.. NOT ONE.. good thing in their plans.

No way, ClearCase. I truly believe in America and in the principles upon which she was founded. She is a beacon, as our late great President Reagan said, America is a “shining city upon a hill.”
He used Biblical terminology in that farewell address. I believe that all of our truly great presidents have been men of faith; you’d have to be. After all, an American president bears the weight of the world on his shoulders.
