Some cars do have the gas cap on the passenger side.
Never ever noticed anything like that.
There IS a very small symbol on the 17 Terrain.
But nope, my 02 Monte Carlo does not have such a thing.
I doubt any of our cars before the Terrain had that. Never ever noticed such a thing before you post it. And Im a bit of a car but, worked in parts 30 years ago.
My Terrain does.
Its very disconcerting after years of driver side. I still drive in wrong sometimes.
Occasional car like that but not mostly.
I guess you mean perpendicular...!
Was the woman from New Jersey? Here in this state, we are not allowed to fill the tank ourselves. The gas station service people do it.
I’ve done it when out of state but had to ask how to work the gas tank stuff. I DO KNOW WHERE THE OPENING TO MY TANK IS!
Auto makers should agree to place all gas tanks on the driver’s side so there isn’t confusion and makes the traffic flow through the pumps smoother.
You’ve come a long way, baby. Repeal the 19th amendment.
Saudi ban women from driving for a reason
Well there is, but Joe doesn't drive and Nancy has drivers too.
You got me interested to I looked it up. It’s called a Moylan Arrow, named after Jim Moylan. He invested it in 1986. It start showing up in cars in 1989. The first cars were the Ford Escort and the Mercury Tracer. It spread from there.
I wonder what other little hidden symbols are hanging around that we over look every day.
That’s the word....
I get your point. But my Jetta has the tank on the right side. And when there’s a wait, I usually find an open pump since my car’s tank is on the wrong (right) side.
But of course, I remember when the gas hoses were long enough to reach over to the other side. I wonder why they did away with long hoses?
Pray for the husband.
Trust me, with her rack, she’s not being used for her intellect!

Maybe I have been in the sun a little too long today.
What I find shocking about this is that she does not have bleach blonde hair...
I’ve had my Durango for 14 years and never noticed that arrow. I’m old school so the first thing I do with a “new” car is to visually orient myself to things like where the filler tube is, where the hood release is, where the jack is, etc.
The best reactions I get are when I fuel up my 37 Chev pickup. That’s because the tank is under the seat. I pull up to the pump and get out, and then pull the seat base out. Then I can access the filler port on the tank. Seeing someone with the fuel nozzle inside the cab of their truck gets them every time!
I am guessing you are making a joke. But
It is Spatial orientation.
Yes, I agree. Especially when you see we pay cash for videos at the end of the video.
