I’m in a position where I can retire at any time. If he was in that position, he may have just decided it’s time to tune out and let the “people” have what they want.
Street Smart is not an insult
People who are this hyper-sensitive are in need of psychiatric help - the rest of us are under no obligation to humor their mental conditions.
It’s getting ridiculous, now you can’t even praise a black person without risking losing your job and be branded with the scarlet “R” for racist. In a few years you will only be allowed to kneel as a black person walks by.
I always considered the term “street smart” a compliment. It means you did not get ALL of your learning or wisdom from a book written by an educated idiot. It means you can use some common sense acquired through experience.
Blacks can not be considered “street smart”...that goes against political correctness. Only white people can be considered and called “street smart”. Black people can be “street STUPID” or “street ignorant”.

Intelligence gained outside of school. Just as useful as book smarts, and in many cases more so. It can be divided into 4 categories.
1.Getting Along With Others- Knowing which questions to ask and not asking too many,being polite and friendly, but also being assertive.
2.Common Sense- Knowing who you can trust, which areas in town are good and which are bad, etc.
3.Self-defense-Knowing how to fight and fend off an attacker, especially if you are small.
4.BS-detection-Knowing when people are trying to fuck you over, reading their intentions, and knowing that most corporate advertisements are complete bullshit.

I have half my money with online work and half helping my friend run his Italian restaurants in Brooklyn and Queens.
I never have to take PC courses and the online work is consistently different companies and people so I can avoid all this garbage.
I DID work in investment banks for 20 years and I stopped in 2010 after an injury knocked me out of circulation for a few years.
I can’t IMAGINE how bad it is now at those places.

So, BLM wants blacks treated differently than the rest of humanity to verbiage. Certain other words cannot be uttered.Extra sensitivity must be employed because “they are all the same”, and thus will react the same way to hearing certain words. Looks like BLM and the race hustlers want to put blacks in stereotyping jail buy making up their own list that requires them to be offended if they hear it and serious penalties meted out to those who say it.
