Oregon and Oregon State will no longer use the phrase "Civil War" to promote rivalry games between the schools.
In a joint announcement Friday, the schools said they made the decision after conversations with university officials and current and former student-athletes at both schools.

I have only recently come across Tik Tok and because of the relationship to China. One clip I saw was of a 20-something white chick who was very anti-white. Among her screen phrases (or whatever the proper term) was “We steal from black culture every day.” Therefore, St. Louis Blues has to go. Blues music for a mostly white sport? The Tik Tok babe would be incensed.

Yes, there would have been trademark problems with using the Colt .45 name and images. I have heard that the team did not have official permission from the Colt firearms company to use that name, and that was part of the decision to change the name to Houston Astros.
