The polling and 24/7 Trump hate fails because it inoculates the President from the next round of charges.
If you want to attack someone it is better to focus on one topic, their biggest weakness (whatever that is) and hammer that point home.
In the case of Biden it will be his senility that makes him totally unfit to become President.
Everybody knows Biden is unfit, so a late campaign that hammers home that point should finish Biden just in time for the election.
