Although I have always supported law enforcement and voted for candidates who support the rule of law, I have never felt the need to publicize my support before now. However, the videos I have seen of heroic police officers in Miami and elsewhere being abused and spat upon has changed my thinking. Furthermore, I have begun to notice more than a few Black Lives Matter signs popping up in the front lawns of my affluent and otherwise majority conservative county. The most shocking aspect of this widespread violence throughout the country over the last few weeks has been the silence of those who value law and order over anarchy. The time has now come for all conservatives to make a simple public statement of our support for our brave and maltreated law enforcement officers who, for some unknown reason, still show up for work each day to protect us from the red horde. What follows is my humble attempt at this.
Step 1:
Find an old cardboard political yard sign for a candidate who will never run again (or for whom you will never vote for again). I chose a Sportsmen for Bush sign from 2004 that I had tucked away many years ago to use as a cardboard target at my local gun club firing range. Contact your local county Republican Party if you need some and I am sure they can refer you to one of their sign-distribution volunteers who can supply you with all you want.
Step 2: Remove the printed cardboard from the metal frame and remove the staples that previously held it together.
Step 3: Turn the cardboard inside-out so the white interior is on the outside and re-staple it to the frame.
Step 4: Paint a thin blue line horizontally across the middle of the sign. I used Gloss Regal Blue. The line doesnt have to be perfectly straight and paint drips wont detract from the message. Make sure that it looks homemade.
Step 5: Place the sign prominently in your yard and in highly visible public places. We dont need words to make our point. Any law enforcement officers who see it will know exactly what it means, and so will the anarchists. We need to show the world that we are on the side of law enforcement, and that we appreciate them.
Please share your pro-law enforcement signs, statements, and ideas here.
I have three blue line American flag stickers on my truck, and a couple of p299s to back them up.
p229s, fat fingers. .40s fat rounds.
too bad there’s not a way to electronically rig the sign so if it is disturbed a loud police siren noise goes off. ha....
or a tape recording that says “ Go home.little boy..its past your curfew. or I’ll have to tell your mommy.
That’s a great idea! Thanks for sharing it.
LOL
XLNT!
I thought about that, but apparently some people think a blue light is for autism awareness. What is it with all these awareness campaigns? I’m pretty sure we are all well aware of various diseases and conditions by now.
Pine sap is a great idea!
Mix pine sap with “Dave’s Insanity Hot Sauce” and use gloves, of course.
Now THAT is one helluva idea — simple and direct. Thanks for that! I’ve got more than a few signs and know just where to put ‘em. Those signs are Bernie signs so it’ll probably just confuse the little peckerwoods when they go to destroy ‘em! lol
I have a blue line sticker on the back of my vehicle. It goes everywhere I go.
I would like to see a 5 thousand man rally in support of state and local police in my city. That would send quite a message to the governor and people of my state.
I bought a 10 pack of
Thin Blue Line Flag Decals - 3x5 in. Black White and Blue American Flag Stickers for Cars and Trucks - in Support of Police and Law Enforcement Officers
from Amazon and put them on our, and our childrens cars.
Fellow conservatives are asking about them when they see our cars.

I was in a convenience store the other day and expressed to an officer my gratitude. He said he appreciated it. He was a pretty big guy and as I walked away I said and if anyone gives you a hard time, send em to me. My 5 foot tall, 110 pound frame gave him a good laugh. That was the intention.
