Has anyone seen a picture of the alleged noose, I bet it's a extension cord, or water hose, or a fanbelt.

We haven't been shown any evidence, just a bunch of screaming and pearl clutching.

Some electricians wrap their cords in a specific way so they dont get tangled and it is super fast to do. I have a neighbor that taught me how to do it. It does kind of look like a noose if you have an extremely overactive imagination.
