I think there is federal even constitutional law that says changes to election laws can’t be made to take effect during current federal election years but can take effect in the next cycle. That’s the question I have about mail in balloting votes.

Let's just guess....these were ballots to be used...So let's say "0" were actually burnt.

We don't know the number of ballots but someone does and where are those ballots now.

My thought...the ballots were removed to wherever...replaced with similar paper and that's what burnt.
