Can Someone Explain How to Post an Image

I have a comparison graph of various nations "new cases" of COVID over time I'd like to post on one of Doughty One's update thread.
It's just a file on my computer, so it doesn't have a URL. You can't copy and paste images into FR, as far as I know.
Can someone explain to me how to do this?

Miss Didi...we have to talk. I’m on low card at the moment (lost 25 lbs so far...5 to go). You just had to post an image of chocolate cake...my most favorite sinful indulgence to consume since I was just out of pampers over 50 years ago. That’s just mean. :)
