We are off to an early tagging start in 2020.

Those three sharks tagged ,would be new ,and not previously tagged.
Untagged sharks would greatly outnumber tagged sharks.

A Boston TV station reports seeing Wednesday a large whit shark on the Boston side of Cape Cod.

These white sharks will more than likely be here until Christmas.

Cape Cod like the rest of Massachusetts is basically in a lockdown, and no breakfast restaurants are open for a sit-down meal.
The Cape will take it on he chin this 2020 season economically. -Tom

I'm no Marine Biologist, but I'm going to predict that they're going to need a bigger boat! ;)

Ironically I’ve got relatives on the Cape and Martha’s Vineyard.

We had an email chat on the subject of opening up to enable restaurants and hotels to stay in business.

They still have the lockdown mentality — sad and will certainly be crippling to the economies.

You can take a horse to water... Mass Dems. Some of the most stubborn you will ever find.

I grew up in Chatham, location for Monomoy and the Home of the Great Whites.

My Dad operated a number of restaurants on Cape Cod including Chatham. I was commiserating with my sister last week about what a disaster this summer is going to be for the hospitality industry. No restaurants, no wave of college kids seeking summer jobs, no rentals for apartments and cottages, no tourists, not nothing. As successful as he was, this would have ended my Dad's 40 year run.

“but the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy began its summer research examining them Wednesday”

Bunch of rich gov workers getting paid six-figures to hang out at the beach and ruin everyone else’s summer.

Thanks for the info. Did they estimate size at all? I was body surfing and swimming on Cape Cod just before Jaws hit the scene. Beautiful place, great food. Playing in the water is like hiking in grizzly country. This ain’t a zoo Alice. It’s Nature. Best way to have it. Running with the big dogs.
