=======================================================================

Police are trying to unravel the mystery of a woman’s body found in a large suitcase – and how she got there.

The case is unfolding in Philadelphia’s heroin-plagued Kensington section, where the gruesome discovery was made Thursday morning.

As 6ABC reports, the woman’s body was found inside a large black suitcase near the corner of Kensington and Allegheny avenues.

The woman was pronounced dead on the scene.

But no other details have been released about how she died, how long she might have been in the suitcase – and of course, who put her there.

The investigation continues.............
