Is Q stating there will be a forcible change of government? (This does not necessarily undermine the Constitution; cf: Civil War; but, it might very well involve a significant change in the way institutions operate under our Constitution.)
My best guess: POTUS is about to invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy active duty mil in various U.S. locations including CHAZ.

It appears that whatever is to be unleashed is to be unleashed now, imminently.
The how indicates that there is going to be tremendous shock value and consternation, even among Q followers. We might see actions that go far outside the Constitution and are very different from what we expected.
We are supposed to concentrate on the why, which is all about justification.
