Welcome to the CHAZ, the newly named Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, where most everything was free Tuesday.
Free snacks at the No-Cop Co-op. Free gas masks from some guys sedan. Free speech at the speakers circle, where anyone could say their piece. A free documentary movie - Ava DuVernays 13th - showing after dark.
A Free Capitol Hill, according to no shortage of spray paint on building facades. And perhaps most important to demonstrators, the neighborhood core was free of uniformed police.

A man passed out flyers calling for a Thursday meeting to help answer the question now lingering for demonstrators.
I support this, but whats next? said Max Hodges.
That sentiment summarizes a cascade of questions demonstrators now face. Autonomous from what, exactly? Who is leading? How long can it last? Is it a distraction from the larger movement for police accountability and racial justice?
Sarah Tornai, a demonstrator leading by microphone Tuesday, called for pragmatic organization so demonstrators remain safe and in control of the area.
We do not know when the police will arrive to reclaim this space, Tornai told the crowd.

I hear the CHAveZ movement is collecting taxes from the businesses unfortunate enough to be within the zone.
I say we dust off and nuke em from orbit its the only way to be sure.
This farce collapses when people run out of food and business owners start filing lawsuits.
2/75 Rangers are 10 minutes away -HALO one company into the center of the park late at night and let them hunt without restrictions.
No extraction required.
turn off the cell towers and theyll be gone in an hour
They built a wall. How about that.
Warlords and... soy shortages? For Antifa anarchists in Seattles Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, revolution aint easy
There is something ironic, of course, about their first action being to build a wall to protect their territory...

Their minds are walls. Very closed
Wonder if the Mother of All Nerds will pay them a visit in solidarity. He is a CCP brown nosing wanker
I wore a tab for more than 2 decades and a few scout dog teams and over-watch teams and they would be running away as fast as their feet can carry them.
Take out the instigators in the middle of the crowds and watch them run.
HALO is a small unit tactic. Doing it with a company would be a disaster. Air mobile assault would be better. The fools took over some open space that could be an LZ.
They sure are sugar coating it.
No extraction required.
I like the way you think.
I remember what a problem the Occupy Oakland commies were, back in 2011. They occupied the grassy plaza in front of city hall. The police were directed to stay away by the idiot mayor, Jean Quan. So finally there was a shooting at the corner of the camp and someone was killed. A couple of nights later the police came in at 3 a.m. and wiped out the whole camp, loading it all in dump trucks and hauling it off.
Stir them up as a pretext for moving in, followed by overwhelming force.
As an old grunt from the 101st, I cant see using air assault on Capitol Hill - too noisy. Suppressed weapons, turn off the electricity in the zone inbound, land in squads with predetermined sectors. The WARNORD would be long!
Sucks being old and just getting to watch....
Capital Hill United Toleration Zone People Against Hate. CHUTZPAH . Reminds me of the cultural revolution in China, otherwise known as the lost years.
Thank you...
I just tried to post this suggestion over at Breitbart and was banned for doing so.
God bless Jim and this site, one of very few places for us to speak.
