As if worrying about the Democrats using cheat-by-mail to steal the 2020 election was not enough, the Strategic Culture Foundation has a new report out about how “contact tracing” will be used to suppress the vote in predominantly red districts this November.
Nancy Pelosi already successfully slipped cash for contact tracing efforts into the CARES Act in March, right under everyone’s noses. What no one realized at the time was that this is another taxpayer-funded effort to solely benefit the Democrat Party on election.
Blue states are already enthusiastically hiring “contract tracers” to get ready for this. In an earlier report, we mentioned that Washington state Governor Jay Inslee (D) is setting up concentration camps to house infected children and adults who will be kidnapped from their homes if they test positive for coronavirus – even if they are asymptomatic.
The idea behind contact tracing is that if you determine that one person is infected with a virus, you can then trace their movements and talk to (and test) everyone who came into contact with that person. Cell phone companies are already participating in this mass spying operation without the consent of Americans who are now having their movements tracked.

Actually, a perfect argument for vote by mail from the socialist point of view. Since we must have government control of what you do, when you do it, how you do it, etc. then we must have a convenient way for you to vote approval of the candidates we have selected for you.
I do not share that optimistic assessment.
Quarantine orders issued as a result of "contact tracing" will be enforced by the police if necessary (at least in Democrat-controlled areas). That enforcement will not be popular - but the Democrats do not care.
They can also condemn properties and levy bank accounts of scofflaws. Nobody ever needs to show up at the door.
I would expect selective exemptions from such orders for prominent supporters of the Government, and merciless enforcement against opponents of the Government. The "Contact Tracing" system has no other effective use. Everybody is "guilty" in some degree of contact to somebody else who can be classified as "infected". Quarantines can be extended indefinitely and amount to house arrest. There is no "due process" and no appeals.
People subjected to repeated isolations will be ruined. This power in the hands of officials is just too temping. Abuse is inevitable.
The process is the punishment.
It would not surprise me a bit if it happened. But that is what the people want.
If you really think contract tracing is going to keep conservatives from going to the polls you should want vote by mail.
And does anyone actually think most republican governors are going to allow this crap?

If you test positive, health officials will ask you to self-isolate in your home for 14 days.
They’ll call or text you each day to see how you’re doing.
They will also contact anyone you were in close contact with for more than ten minutes in the two days before you started feeling sick.
Close contact is defined as within six feet.
“We’re bound by the same exact confidentiality laws that a healthcare provider is required to abide by,” Halloran said.
It’s like you’re at the doctor; anything you tell the contact tracer will be confidential under HIPAA.
In fact, they won’t even tell your close contacts who exposed them to COVID-19.
“We are asking people to do the right thing, not only for themselves, but for the community,” Spokane Regional Health Officer Dr. Bob Lutz said.
There is a form you may have to fill out if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, consenting that you will voluntary quarantine at home.
The department of health uses that to help isolate people with all types of diseases already.
If you still refuse to cooperate, you could face legal problems.
“If I have significant concerns about somebody being out there that shouldn’t be, then it can be enforceable by law,” Lutz said.
Now, suppose you happened to be one of those “close contacts” who were exposed (by someone else) to COVID-19.
A government paid contact tracer calls you and tells you have been exposed and must therefore be quarantined, but refuses to tell you who exposed you or where you were exposed.
