"Yup, even in my 70s they could call me back if they desired to do so, whether I am broken down or not."

So it seems.

"Category III: Military retirees age 60 or older and those retired for disability."

If there is any kind of physical screening for those recalled I'm safe!😎

My wife's great uncle was recalled by the Luftwaffe in 1944 and put on a Flak 88 crew. He was 65.

Thugs like Mad Dog and Esper don't care. They haven't won a war in 70 years but they sure are good at making speeches in Arab hellholes for $5,000 a minutes and handing out billions of dollars taken from hard working citizens. They're willing to defend everyone EXCEPT for American.

These puffed up losers can't even show respect for the office of the President?

Are they selling us out to China like the rest of the Democrats? Is that their problem?

Or are these puffed up Generals so stupid they think 'the Presidency' should go to someone who has great dinner parties for THEM, and their Washington fellow 'elites' while giving the finger to American citizens? Like the last four Presidents? Eff 'em. Go lose another war or two for 89 billion...

Me two, three and four!!! I’m 70% disabled by VA and since that time, have had 12 surgeries, two on my back and my right knee replaced twice within seven months because the first guy screwed up the surgery!!!!!! So, I have a lot of scars. Had a clean up surgery on the knee just a month or so ago. That was the 5th surgery on this stinking worthless (now) knee. Still ain’t right and I figure it never will be. I just have to live with it as it is now.

I was retired enlisted and was eligible for recall for both desert thunder and desert storm. Wouldn’t have been of much use for anything after that. Officer corps, though, maintain their recall eligibility far longer than enlisted. Generals and flag officers never give up their eligibility for recall.
