In my tiny West Virginia town, I phoned a local farmer to order fresh eggs. The yolks of his eggs are a rich deep yellow. After his wife took my egg order, she asked if she could speak to me about the chaos over the death of George Floyd. I assume word has spread around town about my political activism.
She expressed deep concern for her half-black grandkids living in Maryland who are experiencing racial bullying. She wanted to know what to tell them about all the racial hate and white supremacy stuff they are hearing from media. I told her to pray for her grandkids and keep filling them with the truth.
Black Lives Matter minions have ambushed and assassinated several cops over the years. For some reason, George Floyd rioters shooting to death 77-year-old small-town police chief David Dorn feels like a new level of in-our-faces domestic terrorism. Democrats and fake news media are practically issuing marching orders to rioters; destroy monuments, burn businesses, and take whatever rioters believe white America has stolen from them. Rioters plan to invade white suburban and rural private homes.
Can you believe this, folks? In essence, Democrats and fake news media are instructing rioters to, “Go get 'em!” Who could have imagined that Democrats and fake news media would unleash rioters on the American people to spark Charles Manson's apocalyptic race war called "Helter Skelter."

(BTW-in a thoroughly Liberal administration, the HR clown is likely a political appointee. (I know how that works because in OUR Liberal community, you CANNOT/WILL NOT be hired for anything if you are not a registered Dem. You can’t get hired to teach, collect garbage, be a cop or bang a typewriter in city hall, etc.) Just say’n.

One thing that has happened is that more black people seem willing now to talk to you like you’re a person, instead of just sitting in this cloud of sullen silence. So that’s good. But as coming out parties go, this one leaves a lot to be desired because it may well result in a ton of bankrupt properties snapped up by multinational corporations, making inequity worse than it already is. I’m deeply suspicious of the politicians that are enabling the rioters to be immediately released with charges, or released and not charged at all. This is giving a wink and a nod, encouraging them to carry on. At the end of the day, the only people who are going to have money to buy all the ruined businesses are going to be multinationals bent on taking out competing businesses. They will also weather the mayhem better because the losses will come out of insurance claims while a political climate where your business can be torched at any time with authorities doing nothing will make it much harder for smaller businesses to function.

My son is a cop in the small town department here. Maybe 24 officers in whole department. They initially have been told that black lives matter intends to protest in this little town of 12k people in the mountains of Kentucky. They have also been told and agree peaceful protest is fine, but looting and riots will be put down quickly and hard.
I intend to be standing a post at my mother-in-laws business with an G3 and 1911 with my youngest son, he will have an AR-15. My Dad and brother will be standing guard at his business with an AK-47, and an M1 carbine. These businesses are 80 and 60+ years old. They have served black, white, and brown people equally without issue in that time but the owners refuse to be looted and burned out by a pack of savages. It’s going to be a long weekend.

The Democratic Party is at eternal war with the ideals of the United States Of America because their purpose is antithetical to the concepts of liberty, individualism, humanity and God-granted rights. The entirety of their platform is to aggregate people into tribal groups and set them against one another, aligning with whichever tribe is most currently favorable to obtaining power and eliminating opposition.

Hate to go there, but there it is. The police in large communities are being told to stand down leaving no other choice but for locals to form and defend themselves.
They get angry if you even talk about individual rights - they want all the talk to be about collective rights. And collectivists are like sheepdogs, “protecting” the flock from predators, moving it to and from pastures and to water, helping move sheep chute to chute for shearing, worming, pregnancy checks, tail-docking, or for castration, while also preventing any individual from slipping away to explore or be free, and always insuring the flock is always together when the time comes to load them up and go to the market/slaughterhouse.
I look at schools and colleges today, and the student bodies are incredibly diverse racially - moreso than when I was a kid in the Reagan years. Of course when I was a kid, the "melting pot" was chiefly of a European variety - the kids of Italian and the Irish and the German and British families started commingling (and marrying).
The melting pot today means that GenZ and Millenials are more likely than their parents to have friends (and dates...) that look differently than them. They are all pretty comfortable with that, just like my generation was comfortable if our grandparents came from different nations. At the same time, many of our grandparents were mildly repulsed if we brought home a girl who wasn't "from our tribe" while today, not many parents blink an eye if Johnny is dating Xulian.
The issue for culture and zeitgeist is, do the GenZ and Millennial folks inject American Greatness into their culture, or does the Antifa et al "hate America" venom infect their culture. This is likely why the virus then riots could be THE defining moment in this regard. It is perhaps also it's why getting the "narrative" right is so import to the left, and why they're falling all over themselves to shut down any commentary to the contrary.
Or, put bluntly, if the "rioters are just protesters" narrative gets rejected by the youth, then the left lost this battle. And, to be sure, lots of youths have bought this fakery. But my personal experience is that a meaningfully large number of youths, who HAVE commingled with kids outside their "tribe" absolutely reject that rioting is ok but they also recognize that shutting down peaceful leftish protesting gives sanction to shutting down rightish peaceful protesting. In fact, my local TV coverage (which had more youth than CNN or Fox) of the riots and protests was pretty good - it called out the ugly.
Yes, some men, you can't reach. There will always be 13% of the nation that hates America. However, perhaps the youths who DO mix with people outside their "tribe" don't buy into this Antifa claptrap. Maybe, a new generation of Americans with blood in their veins from over the world will continue to see rioters as, well, rioters.
The only break down I saw so far, black friends telling their college age kids don’t hang around with those crazy white kids.
When you see a field of white kids laying on the ground for 8 mins with their hands behind their back, you have to think what the blank. I think we have a generation of highly emotional disturb confused white kids. They are doing this for convicted drug addicted low life criminal.
God help us if we have to rely on them for any major war with China. They would take a knee and beg forgiveness for offending China.
