When people have a panic attack, the best treatment is to put a paper bag over your mouth and breathe air from the bag, basically, it deprives oxygen for lungs and reduce oxygen in the blood. If the same thing is done to a healthy body, it will slowly kill them.
Don’t wear mask for a longer period.
Plus if you hang your mask on one side of your ear, you are attracting bacteria, virus inner side of your mask.

Waiting for my young son who has to wear one for his whole shift at Slaveway to get sick.
Slaveway has a sign that shoppers need to wear mask, I went without one this morning, saw only 2 other shoppers without one, not one employee said anything to me.
Was prepared to tell them I suffer from maskaphobia, will go postal if I’m made to wear one.
