This is a sad video. Nick is a combat vet who loves America. He served 12 years in the Marine Corps Recon, in combat in Afghanistan, etc.. Now he just wants to raise his family, run his business (a gym) and hopefully one retire. Although like many of people he is waking up to a fundamentally changed America.
So, because he is a veteran, he should be allowed to open when others are not?
I am not sure what relevance his mil status has with anything related to the lock down orders?
I frankly think ALL of these businesses should open these are NOT LAWS these are demands of governors it is totally unconstitutional PERIOD!! Everyone should have the guts this business owner has!!
“MY BUSINESS WAS RAIDED BY THE POLICE”
Ask them what law did I violate?
If it ever ends up in court ask the same question.
Try watching the video before prejudging.
*******
I did watch it.
The cops came in hot and confrontational. Hands on their weapons. Weapons still in hostler, but that hands on weapons stance *is* an implied threat. That’s how it’s used. That’s its intention.
Being called an a$$hole and getting the finger is not my idea of polite.
If that Lt in your screen name means Lieutenant, you must have gotten a social promotion rather than on merit.
The video did not show the initial ‘raid’, merely the trespass with the disputed key card.
The DA actually affirmed the legality of entry via the key card, shocking as it is:

Clearly Holly Ridge, NC has some ‘issues’...
