Not a documentary, but “Brothers of the Wind” is a great nature movie.

I wasn’t impressed at all with ‘Into the Wild’....the kid was a fool and fully unprepared with even the basics when he decided to travel there. It’s pretty bad when a driver has to offer you boots because your not wearing any.

I was actually surprised that he did. They had re-written everything else so I expected a team of Ninjas to swoop in and rescue him.
BTW not much of spoiler, it is on the back of the DVD case.

I found Free Solo fascinating. Alex Honnold climbs El Capitan without ropes.

"Fast, Cheap, and Out of Control" is a very fun and engaging documentary by award winning documentarian Errol Morris.
One segment is about mole rats and another is about topiary.

A Man Called (or Named can never remember which) Pearl, sweet story about a man who spends all his spare time carving topiaries in his yard. People come from all over to see them.

Alone in the wilderness. Real footage of a man who lived in the alaska wilderness for over 40 years and build his own cabin from scratch. You will be mesmerized. Simply amazing
