The Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee told the Supreme Court it needs the grand jury materials redacted in special counsel Robert Mueller’s report to decide whether to impeach Trump over his alleged obstruction of the Russia investigation.
Douglas Letter, the Democratic committee's top lawyer, filed a 33-page motion on Monday opposing a Justice Department effort that seeks to have the nation's highest court block the release of the documents. Democrats insist they need the information quickly because the House Judiciary Committee’s “impeachment investigation related to obstruction of justice pertaining to the Russia investigation is ongoing.”
“The Mueller Report grand-jury material remains central to the Committee’s ongoing inquiry into the President’s conduct,” the Democrats wrote. “If this material reveals new evidence supporting the conclusion that President Trump committed impeachable offenses that are not covered by the Articles adopted by the House, the Committee will proceed accordingly — including, if necessary, by considering whether to recommend new articles of impeachment.”

F these Commie Crooks. They spied. They stuffed ballots. They covered up for Crooked Hillary. And still they lost. Now prosecute the crooked Obama administration.

It isn’t just at the ballot box. They must be turned out the unelected offices that they scheme from.
They must be routed out of academia and the Washington press corp.
Hmmm. Ukraine and Russia are quite different countries.
It’s a race between the Democrat led congress and the DoJ.
Sure, but Mueller was their prosecutor, and he declined to indict because he had no evidence. Now they want a second crack to prosecute on evidence their special prosecutor couldn’t make work. I suppose it technically isn’t double jeopardy because there was never a Russia, Russia based impeachment build on Mueller’s evidence.
But, it stinks, and is obviously political, nonetheless.
We have to take the House back, they will keep doing this as long a President Trump is in office.
Not until DemocRats are defeated in November.

Other than President Trump just about everybody else in DC was in on the usurpation, so they have to cover up for Obama or their own complicity in violating the Constitution comes to light.
