i bought pellets from Lauracidin but not taking them. I havent got passed the possible herxheimer reaction so I have left it off my list for now...although I think the reaction was really from a Vitamin D hammer.

I take several that affect glutathione level, including my favorite, Lion’s Mane mushroom extract. Improves my mood, also. My Rx venlafaxine does both as well.

I took like 3 pellets....lol..for a couple of days.
If THAT caused the herxheimer reaction either I have some really bad stuff inside...or my body just doesn’t like it.
I really think it was the Vitamin D 50k hammer. It can cause a herxheimer like reaction.
