When the coronavirus landed on our shores, communist China came with it.
We have become part of a mass scale human experiment in government control and it turned out that stripping away our freedom wasn’t all that difficult. Under the guise of concern for our health and well-being, tyrants came out of the woodwork. Our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our lives are being destroyed as the left solidifies and expands their oppressive powers. We’ve been herded around like cattle, threatened, isolated, confined, silenced, and arrested. You name it, it’s happening.
You tell me if what follows sounds like the United States, or China.

I was SHOCKED at how EASY and QUICKLY they did this to us!!
Decades of pre work by liberals, communists, etc went into tearing down our Republic. In general terms, the family has been destroyed and God has been removed from public and private lives. That’s why it went quickly and easily.
This is how it would really be.
There is plenty of equipped people in the US for armed resistance, the problem is there is no organization whatsoever, and there are no structures in place to guarantee it.
One of the things the deep state has been doing for the longest time has been management of the internet, for example cell phones report everyone’s activity. Internet can be monitored. ect.
How can people properly organize when the Deep state considers domestic terrorism a blanket excuse to ignore the constitution?
It was not a success. It was a colossal failure. People are increasingly bucking against it. Also, the majority of law enforcement do not want to enforce the rules. It was a voluntary lockdown. If the police and military start rounding up people as routine action it will be a success. That hasn’t happened. I do agree that the amount of action that has worked is disgusting.
There were a few protests, some noncompliance.
Nothing that can’t be suppressed with some threats, jail time, and a few troops. It just takes lots of propaganda. People put way too much trust in Washington D.C. and the filthy democrat party.
The one right no one has is to spread contagion, and as near as I can tell the ones who are doing the most damage to our civil liberties are the one's who think they have that right. You don't have a right to kill other people. Now when those scarily irresponsible idiot flubros STFU, responsible people can get back to saving our country.

The lockdown is worldwide. Are all the governments in cahoots? I really don’t know. My friends and I thought the Left would try to crash the economy before the election, and the economy has crashed.
The time has already passed, the damage is done, there is no reversing it at this point. The best we could do is stop the bleeding. Anything short of the People Rising up and saying NO en masse, Armed if necessary to defend Freedom and Liberty, This self inflicted devastation will last for years, maybe decades. Every Day Americans wait for permission from the Overlords and Public Masters to Live their Lives, likely adds 6 months of POVERTY and DESPAIR to their lives.

My thoughts exactly. I do want a commission though. Because of age and familiarity with armaments. Colonel would be fine. Even lieutenant colonel. I could buy the white suit and grow the white beard.
In the left’s collective imagination, what is a greater “threat to humanity” than WuFlu?

Even before this coronavirus lockdown many on the left wanted to shutter the economy to “save the planet”.
Let there be no doubt in your mind that as soon as they get into power again they will use this lockdown as a model of how to save us all from the existential threat of the ManBearPig apocalypse.
It’s not a dress rehearsal. It’s the real thing. It didn’t take long for government officials to show their true fascist colors. It IS a police state when you get arrested for driving, walking, watching your kids play .
No excuse is adequate. I will never forget how quickly they allowed their inner fascist to emerge.

Neighbor had a steer like that. He is now in the freezer-just saying.
Thousands have been showing up at protests out here in Southern California. And governments are yielding. Earlier in the month, the governor ordered Orange County beaches closed. When protests broke out, they opened up but those on the beach had to "keep moving" and not surf, swim or sunbathe. But last week, I walked down to Huntington Beach during a protest rally and hundreds of people were lying on the beach, swimming and surfing.
