The judge violated court rules. The Supreme Court will reverse. In the meantime, let the Deep Staters expose themselves.

This is total BS.

This is not a political clearance (as the Dems do all the time) evidence has appeared to show that Flynn was politically prosecuted based on falsified evidence.

The continuation of this case by political prosecution (and that’s what this is) IS corruption at its highest level.

Of course I won’t point out that when the attorney general refused to defend prop 8 on California that no judge asked for amicus briefs and, in fact, refused to allow the citizens of California to defend it because they didn’t have standing.

This is a mockery of justice by any definition and an outright violation of the constitution by Democrats - what else is new?

If the DOJ doesn’t prosecute, there is no case. Period.

homobama was mewling that "Prosecutors have never before dropped charges against anybody who plead guilty to a charge." ~ which of course is a complete lie. It's done, and was done by homobama's own DOJ.

But on the flip side - how often is it that a judge rules against a defendant, even after the prosecution has dropped the charges? I'm betting it's close to zero.

Backers of the Media coup against President Richard Nixon also back the Media Coup against President Donald Trump.

Who would have thought it? /S

In case you were under any illusion that the Watergate prosecution was anything other than a partisan hit job on the President of the United States, the Democrat prosecutors are now coming out foursquare for the abuse of executive power in order to rig elections.

I have always respected Judge Sullivan, but it appears that any of us are susceptible to a Judge Ito moment when we see the media and cameras focused on US! Little ole me. Lance Ito became a complete clown for the LA and national media in the OJ case. Made that trial interminable. No wonder the jury lost its mind.

Wondering if that so called Obama meeting he had was a strategy meeting in which to use Flynn again as a pawn and try to neutralize Barr since the fire is getting so close to Obama, Comey, etc. Saw where Holder was on TV. Going to get interesting.

This POS Judge has a long time grudge against Flynn. The Judge is joined at the hip with Obama and Holden. He’s determined to break Flynn. God bless Sydney Powell and the work she’s doing to defend Powell. the case should be removed from Sullivan if that’s possible.

The “just like Watergate” scandal was the Obama administration’s politicized abuse of power, attempting to produce an internal coup based on what they knew was a hoax - which it’s holdover DOJ officials continued right into the early days of the Trump administration.

This is exactly the sort of breathless idiocy the judge was soliciting when he announced his call for input.

A judge cannot move a case forward without a prosecutor. This is all for the media and the Democrat Party's benefit. They are one and the same.

Well if Barr was planning any sort of leniency for the rat criminals, he now will be pissed enough to go full indictment on them.
