I am interested also.
Want to buy in SW Fla.
Trying to decided to wait or go for it now as NE types will be getting TF out of that region.
I read where prices will drop 1 to2 % over the remainder of the year and go back up
Who knows ?
My son moved to Pensacola recently. I’m betting sales will go down because of uncertainty.
There are a lot of people in Illinois who want to GTFO.
Why SW Florida? it is hotter and muggier than NE Florida.
Move to solid red count of St John’s just south of Jacksonville.
Have a manufactured home for sale in one of the nicest and affordable parks in naples. No bites yet as usual, spring is the busiest time as snowbirds make a decision on returning next year etc.
Have another home for sale in NE. Buyers mortgage got denied as lenders are tightening up on requirements especially those that sell the loans. Low rate of return with anything but good to excellent credit isn’t worth much to re sell.
The best time to buy is when you find the right property and have the money ... period.
Don’t try to time the market (as they say) you will always be disappointed and too late.
My wife and I bought property in Okeechobee in 2017 after the prices went up from 2010, but so what ... we still got a great deal and at that time we had the money to do it.
If you see something you really like ... get it.
