Its just the flu, bro.
Challenge is to guess where the lockdown of 2020 will eventually rank among the worst American public policy decisions/initiatives in the past 120 years. How bad will the lockdown be when viewed next to past mistakes?
My list: 1. Everything done in the Great Depression by Hoover and FDR - New Deal, Smoot Hawley, National Industrial Recovery Act(price controls) 2. Lockdown of 2020 3. LBJs Great Society 4. 90% marginal tax rates for 18 years post WW2 5. Jimmy Carters Department of Education
Obamacare didnt even make my list but it probably deserves an honorable mention though. So I have the lockdown as much worse than Obamacare.
Still watching for businesses going above and beyond the law. I am seeing it in Texas as businesses are acting stricter than that which is legally required. I guess it is a combination of virtue signaling and CYA protection against legal liability. This will continue until customers punish them for it. But customers wont punish them until they believe the Wuhan flu is no big deal. In the meantime, customers will continue to get inferior service compared to pre-Wuhan flu levels. Really hoping there will be more businesses that just say stuff it like that hairdresser in Dallas.
I see this post daily, and I still can’t figure out if it’s meant to be invective or praise for the idea that it’s “just the flu.”
I think you have it ranked one position too high, because LBJ's great Society has been destroying the Country for 70 plus years.
The chi-com virus is taken less than 100,000 in America, while LBJ has slaughtered tens of millions and has changed the American family from one man and one woman to whatever.
We have the will to recover, but if by some crazy event, Trump does not win and carry the house and senate, we will tread water for four years and then it will be over.
Under that circumstance, Freedom in America will not celebrate it's 250 years as a Country.
The barbers and beauticians in my area observed the lock down for the first week or so. Arizona denied them unemployment, so they went back to work.
BTW, no covid deaths in our county.
Excellent graphic.
Which one is your wife?
You look like the turd one from the left, bottom of the toilet.
We haven't banned anything, people are voluntarily choosing to comply with the unconstitutional dictates of local government. Dallas salon owner Shelley Luther didn't pay attention to the thug in a black robe and neither should you. Go do your life and quit complaining about what others are doing. What they do is there business.
Missed it by that [] much.
Kojak was ready by post #3.
Clearly we’re all living rent-free in his head.
That you can't discern a pandemic from genocide is quite revealing. That you are unable to grasp that the consequences of a global economic shutdown pose a far greater risk to life is rather myopic on your part. That you would deploy some dinosaur celebrity as some authority to bolster your argument is just a sad exercise in logical fallacy.
Personally, Id rather get rid of everyone with an IQ as low as yours.
Ha ha ha. Okay, Pascal.
This is what the lockdown is really about - the dems know that they can’t win on ideas, but they do know that they can win by cheating. Enter “mail-in” ballots, where no chain of custody exists between the actual voter and the tabulation of votes.
Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.

Voluntarily? Are you that stupid?
And then you cite Shelley Luther, the patriot that opened her business, and was sent to jail for that act.
Voluntarily?
Yep, you must be that stupid.
STFU!
LOL
And, according to your opinion, Grandpa in NYC should ignore the guy in the black robe carrying a scythe and just shuffle off to Buffalo.
Right?
Oh hush internet tough guy, and get out of your house and live! Or, stay in if you want. It's all on you.
And daily blood sugar tests performed by a government stooge. As we all know, testing is the key to returning to normal./sarc
You bet, ignore the blacked robed thugs, or remain a recluse. It’s your call.
Perhaps we should refer to the counts as death “trolls”.
I agree. Not sure he is nuanced enough to get that though.
‘Death trolls’...I like it.
