She thinks she can pet an alligator and she lived in a society that thinks it can shut down the economy for a flu bug and just shrug it off. When people are soft and stupid they lose track of reality.
Nothing in this hit piece(disparaging Mom&Pops that want to open) mentions anything about her doing the owners nails. The author simply implies that.

We did not swim near them nor try to touch them
Though my cousin was part of a group that stole a huge bull gator from the Jackson Zoo and took it to a farm pond of one their families
To this day the then senior in high school senior ringleader is known as Alligator Brown

I didn’t read the article...Is the moral of the story..Don’t do nails at home or else you risk being attacked by alligators?
Also, i would assume that includes animals like bears,Elk in heat, big foot and rabid squirrels?
