Former Rep. Trey Gowdy said he does not expect prosecutions in U.S. Attorney John Durham's review of the Russia investigation.

"No ma'am," the South Carolina Republican said when asked Friday by Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum whether he believes there will be prosecutions in Durham's inquiry into possible misconduct by federal law enforcement and counterintelligence officials.
Anyone ever think that this is part of a disinformation campaign to keep DS off balance?
No. There is no need for that. Durham hired a bunch of Democrat prosecutors. Now doubt the DS is getting their info straight from the horses mouth.
Why? He is saying the same thing everyone here is saying. If there was going to be someone would have been indicted by now.

Sure... but when I watched Gowdy (and I'm sure that most on this board aren't going to agree with me), the phrase 'head fake' came to mind. Reading poker faces is of course an art form but it didn't come across to me that Gowdy believed that himself as he said it. If this is the case, it indicates that he knows a bunch more... just can't talk about it so why not throw out the idea that the thugs will all just skate?
I Agree, to Prosecute anyone would lay bare for all to see Dozens of High Pollutant Politicians pulling the strings from the beginning, the Leadership of BOTH PARTIES is in this up to their eyeballs, including Linda!!!
Gowdy was never in the Senate, he was in the House as a representative from S. Carolina.

Interesting observation. I had seen it as just Gowdy being dramatic, as part of selling himself as a pundit. These interview “segments” frustrate the heck out of me by never persisting to reach the truth. They never have time to get to substance, and just tease and run.
