Just a what if. What if it were the EBT crowd (all the crowd, not by skin color) were the ones more susceptible than the elderly who leave their $$$ to the young uns. Would there be so many protests against rights?
Where did they get the N95 masks? This morning, FNC was talking about some group who had them and I asked the tv the same question.

The drive through at Balboa Naval Hospital had no wait, but that one is on base and not open to the public. They had you get out and sit in a chair to be tested.
My daughter volunteered to work a county run drive through test site. It was literally “drive thru” with the person remaining seated in the car. She was leaning into the car shoving swabs into people’s sinuses. They were busy, but you had to be screened by phone and have an appointment.
True, but any given random sampling wouldn’t turn up that many N95s or N95s being worn or much less in a protest against masks.

It’s been happening in the 4-5 months this thread has been running. The drive-by FBs come here just to ridicule. Try to engage in a discussion with facts, they leave. Except one, who thinks we don’t know what he’s up to, lol.

FWIW, such a “proud spreader” attitude during colonial and revolutionary times would have allowed those of us concerned with our own and the general welfare to take drastic action without consequence.

It's been a part of every story about the murder. Obviously, researchers meticulously document everything they do, so even if he was leading the entire project, no data is lost. I guess it's more of a hook to get you to read/watch the story. News at 11!
The whole “muh rights” thing is hitting home with me on a different level right now. Our farm is a hobby but also is a “deep prep”. As such, we rely on our livestock guardians to keep away predators.
We live on a little acreage, our neighbors have over 59 acres. Well, their kids (or grandkids) are teens riding ATVs right along our fence line, on our property. Normally, it’s no big deal, but they taunt our dogs and bring their border collie to run the fence just to make matters worse. This dog gets our dogs to run frantically back and forth against the fence. Then it gets my livestock agitated, some of whom are pregnant and do not need to be panicking. They wait to see if anyone is looking then they do this and when they see me they stop.
The problem is, our 6 mo the pups are large breed and do not need to run full speed constantly while they are developing, or they can get hip problems. We’ve seen it happen and it is devastating.
So I asked them nicely to stop, and explained why. They said sure (in front of an adult) then the adult left and they did it again. Saw me, and left.
So, I decided to make a barrier and put some brush against our fence, on our property, to keep their dog from egging on our our dogs. Their response was to bush hog a swath just next to my brush so they could keep riding next to my fence. This is 5’ from their own road, which they can ride to their heart’s content, or anywhere else on their 59 acres. This is them being jerks.
I just don’t want my dogs running the fence, and they don’t if the ATVs are 5’ away.
It is all about “muh rights”. They have the “right” to ride 2’ from my fence, and potentially damage my pups. Hubby does not think we should confront them because he believes things will escalate as they are rednecks to the extreme. So, I am getting ready to order $1000 worth of privacy fence, money we really don’t need to spend.
We have been nothing but courteous with these neighbors. It sucks that they have to be jerks over something like this. But again, sometimes it is not about what you are legally (or constitutionally) allowed to do, but what is the right thing to do.
MEDFORD, MA — Dozens of residents of a single nursing home in Medford have died from the coronavirus. Of course - it is the kid’s being jerks. Any chance if you spoke to their parents the parents would understand?
I spoke to the kids and dad yesterday (they were all four wheeling). I was really nice, told them I know it probably seemed like harmless fun to make the dogs run, but that it could harm the dogs and livestock. So, I asked nicely would they please ride further away so our dogs and theirs would not run the fence. Dad was understanding . Teen and siblings were back at it an hour later.
The teen came back today and bush hogged a new path, right next to the old one and likely still on our property. I want my husband to get involved at this point as he gets along well with the grandfather and he has a good way with not escalating things. He refuses to get involved and he has enough on his plate trying to keep business going. Which I understand.
Anyway, so looks like I’ll be building a fence. I feel I am really on my own sometimes. I hate pandemics. China is asshoe.
