No, it’s not possible.

How many DNC leakers would have to die to make it happen?

BHO is ineligible, no way around it.

HRC would love nothing better than to head the ticket.

An HRC/Mooch ticket is possible, however.

Never say never, Obama wasn’t eligible the first time.

Regarding Barry, the 12th Amendment would prohibit him from running as VP. But some folks argue that the 12th Amendment only applies to those restrictions in place when the 12th was ratified.

I guess it all depends on how liberal the Supreme Court is feeling when and if it decides the matter.

From the 12th:

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

It’s a Democrat merry-go-round of sexual predators, their enablers, and other bizarre perverts and deviants.

No Obama can’t run again and he doesn’t want to. It’s surprising this gets published in mainstream media, since it’s such a kooky idea. Then again, maybe it’s not so surprising.

It would be fascinating to have the Democrats just openly and blatantly put up a VP candidate who has already served 2 terms and would OBVIOUSLY to ineligible to serve again. Just do it anyway. Nakedly. And dare President Trump to make a stink. Because the media would back the Democrats to the hilt.

Really grasping at straws here. But then the Constitution means nothing to the Left/Democrats.

Hillary is possible. In fact i’ve been saying it would happen since Nov 2016. Obama is not possible, VP has to be constitutionally eligible to assume the Presidency and he is not.

No.

But Biden will be replaced. The question is by who.

My prediction -

Someone wealthy
Someone that never served in Government
Someone with name recognition
A “person of color”
Possible a woman but not necessary.
Someone who “appears” to be a moderate

It will not be any of those that ran during the primaries.

When it comes to Democrats, anything is possible. Anything. It doesn't have to be legal or ethical it just has to get them power and access to other people's money.

“....Lastly, some Democrats are concerned about Biden’s age and possible cognitive issues — a concern that some also have expressed about Trump......” I can't imagine any “thinking person” watching a Trump/Biden debate more than 3 minutes, thinking that Biden had the mental ability to be President.

Now as to a Clinton-Big Zero ticket. First Hillary would love to be President, it would allow her to trade power for money for the rest of her life. The DNC would love for a Deep State, corrupt, insider like Hillary to be President, which is why they wanted Biden over Sanders. The DNC elite think that adding the Big Zero to the ticket would absolutely cement all the young and people of color to vote for their ticket. So this is something that they would favor.

However, let's be real for a moment. Hillary was in such fragile health during the last campaign, she could not really participate and had to be thrown in a van and carried down stairs. She would not last out her first year in office, and might not even last the campaign. Since Obama has had his maximum 2 terms, there would be a lot of litigation over if that meant two consecutive terms, or if he was excluded because he was Black, or because he was VP and became President after the death or incapacitation of Hillary. A lot of litigation to an unfriendly Supreme Court.

While that would not bother the Democrats, from their perspective is could be a no-big deal. Specifically in the line of who gets to the President, the Speaker of the House can become President if the President and Vice President somehow can't. The elite Democrats believe that they will continue to control the House of Representatives after the November Election, so it might be the ultimate win-win from a party elite perspective.

The only fly in the ointment is the wing of progressives that support Sanders. They are split over their feelings toward Obama and really hate Hillary with a passion. If the Democrats nominated a ticket that had no primary delegate votes, they would once again have been cheated and they would want revenge.

Still, the Democratic Party elite have never really been concerned over anyone else’s opinions but their own.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once.

The amendment is mute on (1) the office of Vice President and (2) whether someone obtains the office by non-elected means.

Gerald Ford, for example, was appointed VP then took office as president when Nixon resigned--never elected. Had Ford already served two terms as president, could he have moved up to president by a non-elected means?

Could Barak Obama run as VP on a Hillary ticket? Yea, I think he could.

Could he assume the office of president upon say, Hillary's death? IMHO, yes.

But, the point is moot, because IMHO Obama won't run for VP under Hillary. He's got money, fame, and is in the history books already. What does he gain by being Hillary's VP?
