Correct. I have stopped using paper anything since year 2000. As often as I get my neighbor’s mail, and my neighbors get my mail, I do not trust the post office for anything important.
It’s the same here. Mail is always getting mixed up or lost. I have to get on our local community Facebook page to see if anybody got my mail or announce that I have theirs. It’s no wonder they are in financial trouble.
