A friend recently expressed surprise that Morgan and Morgan, the local ambulance chasers, hadn’t announced they were suing China for damages.

My wife is a lawyer and specializes in Business and employment litigation. Her firm is anticipating between 100-300% business increase by 2021Q2 in those areas thanks to Covid19.

Prime targets are the governors of MI and NV for not allowing Z-paks to be distributed by doctors. Plaintiffs will be the families of anyone who has died when, by expert medical opinion would have lived if treated. Should also be banner financial year for ‘expert medical opinion’ types.

The lines will be long filing the paperwork to sue with largely an unconstitutional forcing of businesses to close with nearly no regard for alternative measures to protect people from what is turning out to be grossly oversold risk.

Plus how many families with dead loved ones will sue for lack of proper care.

Good time to be a lawyer

What about my property taxes? Will it be reduced commensurate with the closing of schools, parks and local government and the furloughing public employees?

Buckets of drool from tort lawyers. Many cases will be legitimate but no one has ever accused that segment of being meek or excessively logical! Take the ‘Round-up Weed Killer’ ads and raise it to the third power!

Cuomo and the NYS legislature have.

The recent budget protects nursing homes from both civil and criminal liability.

These cases will be tossed out in a New York minute. Cases against the Chinese Communist Party will fare much better.
