I was in China a while back. They had FLIR cameras in the airport, and in the hotel! They probably had them out on the street that I did not see. No contact, but your temperature shows up on a screen in a thermal image.

Me and my Wife went in Feb, we had a great time. We stay an Camp Wilderness with our camper. I got the Military 4 day pass with hopper for a very good price, so that save us a lot of money.
I got the Dining plan so I would not have to worry about how much I spent on food, we ate some very good food. The campground was during off seasons that was a big savings too.
