The Republican Party is willing to get people killed to immunize itself from the threat of democratic accountability.
Whatever happens in Wisconsin’s primary and State Supreme Court elections Tuesday, that should be the headline.

By Monday, it was clear that Wisconsin had no means of holding a free and fair election this week. A majority of the state’s poll workers had announced that they were not willing to jeopardize their lives by greeting continuous streams of voters for hours on end (in often tightly packed and poorly ventilated quarters). In Milwaukee, election officials revealed that they only had enough staffing to open five of the city’s 180 polling locations. This development not only threatened to disenfranchise Milwaukee voters who do not live in close proximity to those five polling places, it also rendered turning out to vote even more dangerous for those who do, as a greater number of voters will be forced to crowd into a smaller number of locations. In light of these extraordinary circumstances, Evers issued an executive order Monday barring in-person voting in the April 7 election. Republicans in the legislature asked the State’s Supreme Court to block the order; all four (non-recused) conservative judges on that court ruled that the election must go on, overriding the objections of their two liberal colleagues.

What BS the rats tried to get votes allowed after the election so the rats would exactly how many votes they would need to harvest. Thank God the SC saw it for what it was.

Nailed it better than anyone can. It is OK to go to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc., but voting somehow puts you at risk. Put in social distance rules with markers on the ground, floor, etc., wear a mask and gloves if you like, and vote. Put some hand sanitizer stations at the entrances and exits. No problem.
Ms. Scarf is practically begging you to “live” inside and not go outside you house for two weeks or you will die or kill 300,000 others if you dare take a walk by yourself.
I put “live” in quotes, because at that point you are not living but merely existing.
And how does that turn out? One outcome would be all of us marched off to the American gulags in North Dakota. All endorsed by the American people. That's Pelosi's vision.
Is the Supreme Court race decided tonight?
Is there any indication yet that the Justice Kelly whom the President endorsed can win?
Yes. If Kelly wins, it cements the conservative leadership until 2026.

“The masks are segregated and will be exposed to ozone this evening, when we normally use ozone in the upstairs 2 room area with my computer and the TV, where we also eat dinner. We have fresh masks, as well.”
My wife, the life long RN uses the sun to take out viruses/germs on the clothes we wear and will sun/air the masks if we wear them.
Since we have been “imprisoned” we now just go to Walmart or Nob Hill to pick up our on line grocery orders. We park outside and let the handlers know we are there. They bring our orders out in plastic or paper bags and put them into the trunk of our car.
At home, The plastic bags get sprayed by a spray that kills CV while in the trunk of the car. Then we leave the trunk open facing the afternoon sun. Half an hour later, we bring them into our work counter covered with old newspapers. We empty them and store our groceries, after spraying them and letting them set. Fresh veggies,meat/milk goes to our refrig/freezer. The plastic bags go outside to stay in open air and afternoon sun until we use them as trash barrels.
We walk for about an hour each day for a mile on our cul de sac, again from noonish to about 4 pm. Walking clothes/shoes/boots hang outside in the afternoon sun and wind until they are sprayed again and brought inside to hang until the next trip.
Then, we wash our hands like we are workers in a sterile room.
We have not been near/touched anyone else besides us since this stuff started. We talk to neighbors and strangers on the street at a distance.
My wife is concerned, that we could become like hot house plants or like ICU patients and lose a lot of our innate immunities with the above procedures.
