I have a huge map of Paris which bears the seal of the Louvre. My son lived in Paris for a couple years. It was a birthday present.

For lighter entertainment, I enjoy Japanese Manga and Korean Manhwa free online (translated). I track about 50, with about 10 as my favorites. A very eclectic, diverse bunch, leaning strongly to “isekai” (another world) themes. Considerable variation in the art used. For example:
The Saga of Tanya the Evil (Youjo Senki). A somewhat sociopathic, rationalist, Japanese middle management type is murdered by an employee he had fired, and gets into a fight with god. Annoyed by him, god reincarnates him in a world much like Earth, in the WWI era, but with some degree of magic, as a blond haired girl. Having magic and her memories, at a young age she will be drafted as cannon fodder, so instead she vies to become an officer, a flying mage, and is sent into combat. She knows history, and is ruthless.
This manga is a big favorite of historical war stories fans and has a lot of period small arms and equipment. The battles are rough approximations of some parts of WWI and WWII battles, that she tilts in the favor of The Empire.

I have a well equipped metal shop, a well equipped wood shop, a 3D printer, and microelectronics running out of my ears. There is also that old camera and Photoshop. I seem to have HO trains and airbrushes as such lying about the place. I’m also thinking that it might be time to get back into amateur rocketry. Running out of things to do has never been my problem.

Navigating some “virtual tours” can be a problem. It could be easier to just google the pictures.

“Navigating some virtual tours can be a problem. It could be easier to just google the pictures”.
I took some tours on this list and had no problem. Much nicer than just looking at pictures.
Try it, you might enjoy it.
